Abstract submission

→ The abstract of the article should be prepared in accordance with the template, in English.

→ Abstracts should be submitted online (link to the submission form) only by 15 March 2023

→ The confirmation of acceptance/rejection of your article will be sent by e-mail until 1 April 2023. Abstracts and articles will be published on the conference webpage.

Types of contributions

There are four ways of presenting your contribution: in-person presentation during the plenary session, virtual presentations, workshop organization, and papers publication on the conference website.

Attending in person. Oral presentation.

Each presentation will last 20 minutes (15 '- presentation + 5' - discussion). If a different presentation time is needed, please inform us by 1 April 2023.

A file with slides should be provided to the organizers at the latest in the morning on the day of the conference.

Virtual participants. Presentation.

In addition to the paper submission, authors who participate virtually can optionally submit a PowerPoint presentation (with video and/or audio). These presentations will be uploaded onto the special section of the conference website. The conference participants will have access to all the virtual presentations during and after the event.

Attending in person. Workshop organization.

Participants who want to run a workshop during the afternoon parallel sessions are asked to send by e-mail info.beready@pw.edu.pl

→ Name, address, and affiliations of the session's organizers (one or two people)
→ A brief summary of the session contents describing the potential impact of the proposed activities (maximum 3500 characters)
→ Which technical facilities are required to run the workshop
→ Who is your target audience (teachers, high school students, or the general public)
→ Optimal size of the group
→ Topic area (please choose one from the topic list) here

Publications (both in person and virtual participants)

Presentation abstracts and full-length papers will be published in the form of electronic materials on the conference webpage.
